Gift terms in brief

• The gift is monetary credit for Emotral online sessions, in the currency you pay in.
• The recipient has 30 days to accept it; after that the value is kept and you can resend it, give it to someone else, turn it into your own credit or request a refund.
• Before it is accepted you can request a full refund to the original payment method, reviewed by our team. Once accepted, the credit belongs to the recipient.
• You receive no information about how the recipient uses the gift, their therapist or their sessions.
