Her therapeutic philosophy
For Niousha, psychotherapy is not just a set of techniques — it is a safe, human, non-judgmental space where a person can reconnect with their life story, body, emotions, thoughts, and inner wisdom.
She believes every person is more than their pain, diagnosis, or past. In her view, therapy becomes meaningful when clients can trust their inner experience, understand their emotions more deeply, and rediscover a sense of stability, choice, and meaning amid life’s difficulties.
Her approach is active, empathic, and collaborative: therapist and client walk the path of change together — not from a place of judgment, but from companionship, respect, and the rediscovery of the person’s strengths.
