Special Pricing for Students Abroad
We understand the challenges of studying far from home. Persian-speaking students at universities abroad can access therapy sessions in their native language at a reduced rate.
Refund conditions
- If after your first session you feel this therapist or approach is not right for you, we refund that session in full.
- To request one, email [email protected] with the subject "Refund request".
- Sessions already held (other than the first), no-shows, and changes made less than 48 hours before a session are not refundable.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my session time?
Yes, you can request a new time up to 48 hours before the session starts. Within 48 hours the time cannot be changed and the session is charged in full.
How does a monthly plan work?
Two sessions a month takes 7.5% off each session and four sessions takes 10%. Each cycle's sessions are booked automatically on the same weekday and time. You can cancel any time, sessions you have already paid for stay booked.
Are the sessions online?
Yes, every session runs over secure video, there is no need to attend in person.
