فوق لیسانس روانشناسي شخصیت
I am Raha Rajhan, a psychologist and psychotherapist. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master's degree in Personality Psychology, with over 15 years of professional experience in the field of psychotherapy. I am a member of the Iran Psychological and Counseling Organization, holding a specialized professional license, a full member of the Iranian Psychological Association, and an affiliate member of the Federation for Existential Therapy in Europe (FETE). Alongside training and experience in cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and psychoanalytic approaches, the existential perspective has influenced my way of working more than anything else. What initially drew me to this profession was an interest in understanding people and striving to comprehend their inner world; an interest that, after years of therapeutic work, remains alive and inspiring. I believe every human has a unique story, and many of our sufferings are rooted in shared experiences such as loneliness, loss, anxiety, choice, migration, love, and the search for meaning. I see life as the space between two great solitudes; the solitude of birth and the solitude of death. In between, we strive to live our solitude alongside others. For this reason, I strive to create a safe, human, and trust-based space in therapy sessions; a place where an individual can speak about their sufferings, questions, and experiences without fear of judgment and feel that they are not alone on the path of confronting life. In working with adolescents, adults, immigrants, and therapists, I see myself less as someone who has the answers, and more as an empathetic companion who stands alongside the client to look at their life and choices with greater awareness, clarity, and freedom. If my clients were to describe their experience of the sessions in a few words, they would probably speak of safety, empathy, precision, trust, and human presence; values that form the core of my therapeutic work.
