Clinical Psychologist & Adult Therapist I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and am currently a third-year PhD student in Clinical Psychology. I work as an adult therapist, with a professional focus on adult mental health, anxiety and stress, psychological resilience, and adaptation to personal and occupational challenges. My clinical practice primarily draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have also received professional training in Schema Therapy. My main areas of clinical focus include anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), social anxiety, chronic stress, occupational burnout, grief and loss, and coping with crises and significant life changes. Alongside my clinical practice, I have experience in university teaching, research, scientific publications, and professional training. I strive to provide evidence-based and individualized psychological care that is responsive to each person’s unique needs.
