Nazanin Sadat Khadem
ACT,PTC
In my clinical work, I primarily draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy, striving to provide a safe, professional, and respectful therapeutic environment for my clients. I believe that each individual has a unique story, strengths, and challenges; therefore, therapy should be tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of each person. My background in language and communication, combined with advanced training in psychology, enables me to gain a deeper understanding of clients’ cognitive, emotional, and interpersonal patterns. In the area of grief and loss, I also integrate paradoxical interventions alongside other therapeutic approaches to help individuals navigate loss with greater psychological flexibility and resilience.
