Yousof Zohdi Omouei
M.A. in Clinical Psychology Training in CBT, ACT & Metacognitive Approach
I am Yousef Zohdi, Master of Psychology with over eight years of experience working with clients. Some of the hardest parts of immigration are not what happens externally, but what slowly changes within you. Thoughts that don't stop, feelings that are unclear, and a distance you feel from yourself. My main focus in psychological work is working with and counseling adults, and alongside that, expertise in child and adolescent psychology helps me to understand the root of many of these experiences more deeply. In working with clients, using approaches such as CBT, ACT, metacognitive, and mentalization (MBT), I help these experiences become more understandable and manageable. Counseling sessions are a space for seeing yourself, without judgment.
