Dr. Farzaneh Abroshan
PhD دکترا تخصصی روانشناسی
My name is Farzaneh Ab Roshan, and I am a therapist. I hold a PhD in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. For more than ten years, I have been working in the fields of psychotherapy, education, and personal empowerment. A significant part of my professional life has been dedicated to supporting individuals who seek to live with greater awareness, calm, and life satisfaction. I have taught at university for many years while also accompanying my clients on their journey of healing and personal growth. In my therapeutic work, I use evidence-based approaches such as Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), EMDR, and attachment-based approaches. I believe that every person, by understanding the roots of their emotional and behavioral patterns, can experience deep and lasting change. My interest is not limited to treating psychological difficulties. I also place great importance on education, prevention, and the promotion of mental health. For this reason, I have spent many years holding workshops, training courses, and educational sessions on self-awareness, healthy relationships, emotional regulation, resilience, self-esteem, and personal growth. I currently live in Norway and aim to share the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years with Persian-speaking individuals both inside and outside Iran. I believe that psychotherapy is not only about reducing suffering; it is also a journey toward self-understanding, healthier relationships, and a more meaningful life.
